They only did engine oil and filter as brake fluid, coolant and screen wash were not topped up. I have to point out to them and ensure the service happened. Hand brake adjustment was included in the service, however, MOT was still failed after this service, and have to pointed to them again to get the job done. Spark replacement was included in the initial quote, but they denied it when i arrived. Concorde can not be trusted.
