I have had the most horrific day, to say the least, on top of it all my partner had her glasses stolen from her place of work. So I went In, no expectations, ready to pay for a whole new set of glasses. I was served by the lovely Danny and the fabulous Danielle, who, after asking me if I was Okay, informed me that they were able to offer me half price on another pair due to their 28 day policy, but couldn't allow me to order them due to data protection. Luckily they asked me to ring her and promptly placed an order after speaking to her about her prescription briefly; they were incredible.
Kind and truly wonderful to my crazy, autistic self, they saved my life today.
Thank you both, if you're reading this, you managed to make a deeply terrible day and make it 100 times better.
