- PRM Office Review added: 2018.03.17★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My doctor is lovely and caring, but the real problem is a. getting to speak to a p.e.r.s.o.n. on the phone, who b. will ask you to solve a zen riddle of questions before being persuaded that you need a doctor and c. will find you an appointment before the end of the year. Phone froze on my hand after ringing into the vacuum for ages, nobody was there within the standard opening times, and the online booking system is a disgrace (passwords do not work, no appointments shown for my doctor, etc.). Sometimes I feel just dying would be less hassle and faster results.
