I broke down on a bank holiday evening and needed somewhere to send my car the next day. SJM said they could happily take delivery of my car but that it may take 2 days to look at it - much better than anywhere else. They took delivery of the car early afternoon and by the evening had managed to replace the snapped coil spring at a really good price and sourced a 17" Goodyear run-flat tyre for a great price to arrive the next day. Car back within a day, a lot less bad on the wallet than expected and a very friendly service. Highly recommended.
